Supplier Registration and Evaluation Terms & Conditions

 

The terms & conditions set forth in this document represent standard terms and conditions applicable to supplier registration, evaluation, and management by Orientations Exhibition and Conference Organiser LLC, The One Tower, 24th Floor, Office 35, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE (hereinafter referred to as “OE” or “orientations.events”).

 

Definitions:

 

“Supplier”:

Any company, organisation or individual seeking to do or actively doing business with OE by providing goods or services to OE and any company, organization or individual submitting the OE Supplier Registration Form.

 

“OE Supplier Portal”:

the digital supplier management portal developed by orientations.events based on the Zoho One framework (also referred to as “Supplier Portal”)

 

 

1. Registration

   1. OE employs a structured process for the registration, evaluation, and management of Suppliers. This process is handled via the OE Supplier Portal which provides a digital online platform for the registration, evaluation, and management of prospective and approved Suppliers.

   2. OE may ask Suppliers to register their interest in doing business with OE via the OE Supplier Portal.

   3. OE may, on occasion if and when OE deems necessary, employ other means for the registration, evaluation, and management of Suppliers at its sole discretion.

   4. Suppliers who register via the OE Supplier Portal provide data and information about their business and its services, goods and/or activities which OE uses to evaluate registered Suppliers for the purpose of determining possible future collaboration. OE employs a Data Handling & Protection Policy (DPP) which is a separate document, and the terms & conditions of the DPP are not subject to this document.

   5. The completion of the registration process (submission of the Supplier Registration Form) and/or any other part of the Supplier Registration does not entitle the Supplier in any form whatsoever to any legal, financial, or any other claims including but not limited to compensation with regards to the registration itself, data and information provided and any services that may or may not be provided in the future.

   6. The completion of the registration process (submission of the Supplier Registration Form) and/or any other part of the Supplier Registration does not constitute in any form whatsoever an agreement or contract between OE and the Supplier.

1. Evaluation

   1. OE evaluates registered Suppliers on the basis of relevant criteria which OE chooses and employs at its sole discretion.

   2. During the evaluation, OE reserves the right to request additional information or data from Suppliers.

   3. Based on the evaluation, OE may choose not to select Suppliers for future collaboration at its sole discretion. Should OE choose to reject a Supplier during Evaluation process for any reason whatsoever, this rejection is done in accordance with the terms & conditions set forth in this document, specifically with regards to section 1.d).

1. Miscellaneous

   1. Suppliers completing the registration process may not derive any claims from the completion of the registration process to refer to themselves as a Supplier of OE, or to list OE as a client in any form whatsoever without explicit written consent from OE.

   2. The registration process includes the requirement for the signature of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). This NDA is a separate agreement, and the terms & conditions of the NDA are not subject to this document.
